Overview

- Standard: 30 days from delivery for returns (some categories may vary). Choose a timeframe that fits your suppliers (30 days is common).
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (exceptions: personalized or hygiene items are non-returnable).
How to start a return
- Email orders@trendwala.online with order number, item, and reason.
- We will provide return instructions and RMA if applicable.
Refund method & timing
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return shipping cost
- For defective/wrong items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, buyer covers return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions
- Sale/clearance items or certain categories may be final sale — check product page.
